 The smoke of the Burmese civil war is still lingering, but India has intervened. Without any prior notice, India bypassed the Burmese military government and invited two ethnic armed groups in the Chin State of Myanmar to hold a meeting in the Indian state of Mizoram, which is clearly an attempt to interfere in Myanmar's internal affairs.
